Drea’s Notes, Thoughts and Tips

My name is Andrea. I work at IBM as a Collaboration I/T Specialist. What that means, I guess is that I work with customers to help them determine how to design, implement and integrate collaborative technologies into their environment. I focus on messaging, instant messaging/unified communications, social software and collaborative document management. These, of course, are focused in the IBM Lotus Software suite of products!

I have been working with Lotus Software technologies for over 12 years – 8 of them at IBM. Prior to joining IBM, I worked at consulting firms acting as a Lotus Notes/Domino consultant and/or technical leader.

I live in the Cincinnati, OH area with my husband, step-son, 2 dogs, 3 cats and a number of geese/ducks from the pond out back!
